Mini Straightener Servo Feeders
Riddhi Automation supplies Mini Straightener Servo Feeders for different type of applications. The Mini Straightener Servo Feeder is straightening the coil material before feeding it to the press. This type of machines are applicable for the steel coil with the width of 100 mm up to 400 mm. The thickness of the steel sheet can be between 0.2 – 2.0 mm.
This type of Mini Straightener Servo Feeders are appropriate for the precise and fine workmanship, especially for the process where the aluminum, stainless steel etc. is used.
All features like the working speed, coil width, feeder direction, steel thickness can be adjusted from the touch screen control panel.
6 ton Hydraulic Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 80-1000 mm. The outer diameter of the coil is maximum 1600 mm and the inner diameter is between 450-560 mm. 6 ton Hydraulic Decoilers can be supplied with the hold down arms and brake optionally. Some models can be motorized, as per customer requirement.
6 ton Decoilers are built on a robust steel frame and suitable for the heavy duty jobs. The mandrel expansion system is driven by a hydraulic power, which provides a comfortable and reliable operation. The machine can rotate in both directions, which means it can feed the coil to both sides.
