2500 KG Mechanical Decoiler
We supply 2500 kg Mechanical Decoiler to handle the coils with the maximum weight of 2500 kg (2,5 ton). We provide motorized and non-motorized decoilers with manual or hydraulic expansion system. Mechanical Decoiler can be equipped with coil car, coil hold down arms with motorized end wheels and automatic back-tension systems.
Double head decoilers and pallet (horizontal) decoilers are also among our products.

2500 kg Mechanical Decoiler is appropriate for the coil with the width of 30-500 mm. The outer diameter of the coil is between 1300-1600 mm and the inner diameter is between 450-550 mm. 2500 kg Mechanical Decoilers can be supplied with the hold down arms and brake optionally. Some models can be motorized, as per customer requirement.
2500 kg Decoilers are built on a elegant design steel frame and suitable for any kind of jobs. The mandrel expansion system is manual, which means an operator should turn a wheel in order to expand the mandrel and fix the coil material. The machine can rotate in both directions, which means it can feed the coil to both sides.
Riddhi Automation decoilers are usually bought together with servo feeder or straightener servo feeder machines.
